DamagD Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DamagD. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

- Items marked as final sale
- Damaged products due to misuse, modification, or wear and tear
- Gift cards or promotional items

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@damagd.com with your:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you need to exchange, contact us at support@damagd.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
